Project Description:

Set up a high-availability network infrastructure that would take an Ottawa-based optical start-up from 15 people to over 50 people at a new site.

Deliverables:

• Network infrastructure including multiple HP and Cisco switches and a CISCO firewall connected with redundant trunks
• Support for multiple VLANs
• VoIP phone system
• Mixed Linux and Microsoft servers
• dhcp, ntp, dns, file, mail and MySQL servers
• subversion web server with per-repository access control
