of new and repeat customers in USA, Asia and Europe in the first
4 months of 2011, Akamina is on-target to surpass sales made in
2010.
December 2010 - 2010 was a successful
year for Akamina Technologies with a growing international customer
base including customers in France, Portugal, South Korea, Spain,
the United Kingdom and the USA.
October 2010 - Do

Akamina Technologies is now offering the only wave height
gauge on the market that thanks to its unique
digital technology and innovation does not require frequent calibrations.
September 2010 - Akamina wins contract for the upgrade of a wave
generator control system in Chatou, France.
August 2010 - Design changes to Akamina's
Wave Probe Head give it considerably incresased measurement accuracy,
linearity and temperature stability.
July 2010 - The Department of Ocean
Systems Engineering at the
Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) chooses
the AWP-24 Wave Height Gauge from Akamina Technologies for their
wave research laboratory.
June 2010 - Johns
Hopkins University chooses the AWP-24. The Coastal Engineering
Lab, run by the Department of Civil Engineering at Johns Hopkins
University, puchases the AWP-24 for their wave research laboratory.
March 2010 - Service contract renewed with
Canadian company developing energy-monitoring devices for consumers.
January 2010 - After extensive testing
in Marseille, France customer reports excellent results with the
AWP-24.
July & March 2009 - AWP-24 Wave Height Gauges units sold to the NRC
Canadian Hydraulics Centre and to the NRC Institute
for Ocean Technology.
