Engagement Model

We offer several engagement models that have been designed to suite the diverse needs of our clients. We understand that software design and specifically software design for a new product development requires flexibility and the willingness to adapt to new situations. Fixed Price Bids

This model is primarily suitable for well defined projects with specific mile-stones. We will ask all the relevant questions up front and will create a complete proposal including schedules, budgets, and development road maps. With our price we also include bug fixes and warranty period to provide you with peace of mind. The advantage of this model is that you will know exactly how much the project will cost and when to expect completion.

Time and Material

This model is created for projects that involve research activities, require frequent code revisions, and in general involve taking the road less traveled. If the complexity of a project does not allow a well defined development path, the best approach is to take it one step at a time. With this option we give you the flexibility that you need. Many customers engage us on this model and once the project is more defined move to Fixed Price Bid option.
